John was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to help my daughter who is in the Navy. Her vehicles were ready to be shipped and she needed a uniform out of one so he got it out and brought it to her. He also went back to pickup site and picked up her surfboard as it wasn't in the truck at the time of pickup. Great communication and very helpful in making this a good experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing shipping for a vehicle on open transport. It was extremely cold that day and he stayed to jump vehicles, etc. A+ to John.
