Mike went to great lengths to not only deliver my bike, but also to pick it up. The pickup location was hundreds of miles out of his way, and the delivery destination was not at all easy to reach (I live in Chicago, miles from the expressway). He kept to his delivery timeframe and made sure to keep me updated the whole way along the delivery. He has a beautiful enclosed motorcycle trailer with plenty of room. I personally inspected the security of my bike upon delivery. The bike was definitely not moving inside that trailer and it wasn't crammed in with a bunch of other bikes. He took great care in unloadinv my bike. I am extremely pleased with the service that Mike provided. I would definitely recommend him and use him again for any type of motorcycle/powersport transport. Thanks a lot, Mike!
