We had a slight communication difficulty the phone number did not work on the website and my boat was picked up a day early and not delivered as stated on the website of 1 day this created some uneasiness on my behalf wondering where my boat was.But he did respond to my email and provided a working phone number and kept us updated on his progress all the way up to delivery i would recommend him for future shipments.
