Shipped horse from Daisy, MO to Medina, NY... 800+ miles. Very good price. Good service. Was really apprehensive to try using this service. Seems like it could easily have been a scam. Read several negative reviews about uShip on Google... making me more nervous. Felt a lot better once I clicked on his DOT number and could see he was a real person. Why uShip is so paranoid about first timers like me trying to find out if a shipper is legit is also disconcerting. However, I needed my mare shipped badly, so I took the plunge. Just because of my fear of getting scammed, I'd have like more communication as to when my mare was actually getting picked up. In the end, everything worked out fine. All my fears were unfounded. Delivery was great. Tom was very pleasant, likable, and reliable.
