On the day, they were punctual and completed the Godparents' end of the job quickly and efficiently. Our stairs was the tricky bit, and we can tell you, a lesser team of chaps would have given up. It took some serious lifting and good teamwork to move the piano past the bend in our stairs and when there was the danger of the piano getting the better of them, they gave it that extra bit of effort. It took longer than expected simply because the piano was so big, even though Fraser Jones had estimated the job well. We paid £300 as agreed, and were very pleased with whole experience. Fraser Jones were professional throughout. We would definitely use them and uShip again for any kind of removal job.
