My dog's journey started in Puerto Rico when he took a charter for Horses! Well, it is a big dog being shipped in a big/oversized crate. Kathleen picked the dog from Miami Airport and took good care of him since then. She periodically called me to give me a status report and the GPS thing she has in her profile helps too. She even sent me a couple of pictures of my dog on her van. I received the dog in very good condition, happy and healthy mood.
