I had to ship my vehicle to Los Angeles. Montway gave me a week window of time for pickup and then I received a phone call as to approximately when I would be getting the car picked up.
I had the driver's personal cell phone number and had the pleasure of him calling me with a 10 mile heads up when he was picking up the car.
We loaded it up and it departed.
I had a phone call two days ahead of when my vehicle was supposed to arrive! My car arrived free of dents and damage. It's good to have my car again!
All around I had an incredibly pleasant experience. I understand the difficulties these guys go through and the level of customer service was astounding.
