This was an unusual item, a 9 and 1/2' rug weighing some 85 lbs. I was advised about how to pack it for shipment, where to leave it for pick up in my small town in Arizona, and when it would arrive at its destination in Vermont. Everything, including delivery in good condition worked as promised.
