I was skeptical about uShip - had never heard of it and was not sure AT ALL that I would use them. My piano mover recommended uShip and so I ventured out. He promised to help load and secure my grand piano with whomever I picked from Uship and he did. I posted my needs, got several offers and read the reviews from other customers. The reviews were golden and helped me decide to use Tony and his son. Other customers who used him sounded happy and now I know why. They were nice, good attitude, calmed my fears and worries, easily reachable, clean cut, respectful, had a good sense of humor and did what they said they were going to do. Dependability and reliability were also an A+. Tony was easy to work with and worked in harmony with my piano mover -pun intended. I am particular, have high standards and don't easily trust my 'stuff' including my GRAND PIANO, grandmother's china and family heirlooms to anyone- but I did this time and am glad I did. They solved all my problems and in a timely manner. Thank you Tony - I will use you again if the need arises.
