I discovered this service/site while looking for shipping companies. What a pleasant surprise this way. This is an excellent service - I only wish I had the idea. But, in reality, the service is great and I love the flexible and immediate communication that they employ via this service.
I also appreciate that they have mobile applications that allows you to monitor, communicate and keep abreast of your shipments - excellent for the people on the go (which is usually everybody these days).
Even though I have completed my shipment needs, I'll be keeping my account on in the service, because I plan to utilize them again in the future.
