I was somewhat skeptical at first, not previously knowing anyone who used UShip as a moving service, but I had such a memorable experience that I will definitely use this service again. I had previously been living in Los Angeles but had to return to Canada, so I was looking for an affordable moving option as the storage company where I had my belongings were charging way over my budget to do the job. I also had an ordeal with the storage company about a missing bicycle and Robert Benedict made an extra trip to help sort it all out. I hired him to move my personal items from Los Angeles to Port Angeles. I then rented a UHaul, took the ferry from Victoria BC to Port Angeles, and met him near the port so he could load my truck. There was a slight delay due to the weather, but overall, he was very professional, and helped me all along the way. He was very professional, prompt, and fair; I will always recommend his service in the future to anyone needing moving assistance. I will definitely use UShip and Robert Benedict as a service provider in the future:)
