After my first experience with a different shipper which was less than positive and led to a cancellation for services not provided, I struck gold with August who excelled at every aspect of the transaction. I agree with another happy customer of his that he was quite mature for his age in his attention to detail and in doing the best possible job. I wanted to garage the vehicle because of some recent history of vandalism in the apartment house parking lot where I would have ordinarily parked it. August was quite willing to oblige my request and get it to a garage close by. This involved unloading it twice, but he was sensitive to my concern for the safety of the vehicle, and the whole thing went off without a hitch.
