This is a 1200 pound bike that was not currently running, No easy task loading! The driver got it on the trailer, secured it and had it well padded. They ran a little late because of trailer issues but kept me well informed during the entire trip. Equipment breaks, people have to get over that. They delivered the bike last night and I could not be more satisfied with the service.
