Rory was great! I’m in the military; worked called, and I ended up arriving a few hours later than originally planned at my pick up address; Rory made no fuss about it. He was extremely patient and pleasant to work with. I shipped a 2006 Honda cbr 1000rr and it arrived in the spotless condition.
