I looked at other companies and got quotes that was my first mistake. The second mistake was not posting it on u-ship to begin with. This led to a nightmare of a mess and a truck not moving with us.
Shortly after posting it on u-ship with a name your price set at $750 which was the rate I was being quoted at. Within hours it was picked up Trotter Auto Transport. Lonnie was very knowledgeable and explained how he was able to book my job and about the u-ship site on top of the industry. He would not guarantee that he could have it picked up on a set time or day but he could guarantee that it would be picked up. He did have a driver who did pick it up within 24 hours. Both Lonnie and the drive stayed in contact with me the whole time. The driver was hoping to delivery around 1 in the afternoon but was a few hours later then hoped for but this was due to situations outside the his control and I don't feel that that can be held against them.
All in all it was a extremely quick turn around from placing the job to delivery. If your looking for a company to move a vehicle ship the headache and hire Trotter Auto Transport.
