I solicited a few bids, didn't find anything great, then booked directly with another company (that also lists on UShip, but their direct quote was $100 cheaper than their UShip quote). That company gave me the runaround for 2.5 weeks, made misleading statements, so I got my deposit back and went back to UShip for more bids. The company I booked was great!
