This is the third time I've used u-ship. The first one, the driver made two large holes in my trailer because he backed into it with his truck. Twice... He drove 14 hours straight and when he got to the California agriculture check point, he flipped as he has a severe problem with uniforms. Then he lied on his feedback implying that we were at fault. He had no insurance. So much for our perfect vintage travel trailer.
The second time the driver "lost" the awning on the trailer. He picked it up though and then cut a hole through the screen window to put it inside. Will never use him again.
This time... finally I got someone with brains. He used them too. He saved me money and brought my trailer to me just as promised and NO DAMAGE! He fixed the tire problem, he fixed the light problem, he fixed the license problem and he fixed the hitch problem all at no cost to me. I wish them the best and I'll use them again.
