Car was picked up late no fault of the driver the dealership would not release the paper work for the car and kept postponing the pickup date. Once the car was pickup it took about 7 days to cross the country some stops across the country to drop off other cars. The driver was great since he couldn't get into my neighborhood because of the size of his truck we met in a local shopping center and he offered to drive the car to my house which he did and I returned him back to his truck..overall the experience with USHIP and Trotter transport was great..
