As part of a cross-country move, I needed to ship my 2003 Suburban. The moving companies I interviewed to transport my household goods all bid around $1500. On uShip, Montway Auto Transport bid $930 for my job, with other bids coming in just over $1000, but significantly lower than my household movers.
I was a little hesitant to go with the lowest priced bid, but I'm so glad I took the plunge! Their communication was excellent. I had the number of my dispatcher, who always answered the phone and, when necessary, promptly called me back as promised, and also the number of my driver. The vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.
I needed my vehicle picked up before I left for the 4-day drive, and delivered no sooner than I arrived at my destination. Although they usually only keep the vehicle for 2 days for a shipment of my distance, they willingly accommodated my special request and held my vehicle for me.
I am extremely pleased with my entire uShip and Montway Auto Transport experience, and would definitely do it again if needed.
