To purchase a tractor without seeing it and trusting a shipper without knowing him was a little unnerving but Steve was so reasurring. Plus Uship help make the decision in giving Steve the bid because of the profile. Everything with the shipping went very smoothly but with the seller things were starting to get a little unnerving because he started to give us requirements about the shipping after the tractor was already paid for. But Steve was very understanding about the new requirements from the seller and worked with me and was able to pick up the tractor on schedule. I do not know what I would of done if Steve was not so professional about our last minute problems but he had everything in hand and was able to get the tractor and bring it to us. Again, I can't say enough about how great Steve was with the delivery of the tractor. It was so reassuring when we got the call telling us he got the tractor and was on the road. With this experience we would use Steve and Uship again without a doubt. Thanks again, everyone for a great experience.
