Suggestions to improve the uShip web site:
1. Notify customer in advance that downpayment is required. I had assumed I could pay shipper in full at delivery.
2. Allow customer to ask more than one question/comment. I was locked out when I wanted to get more information with a note that I had already responded to the question.
3. Give more realistic estimates of actual costs -- your estimates are off the grid and way too high. I almost did not pursue because of your high estimate.
