I would say my overall experience was positive with Uship. The person I used to deliver my Ford Explorer was top notch. However, I was a little upset with the fees UShip puts on top of the cost. Even though I agreed to these fees because I wanted to unsure on-time delivery, I thought the Uship cost was not entirely clear in the beginning. Cost seemed to change from one phase to other. Again, to be fair, I had the opportunity to back out vs. going to a company directly at another website that I had very little feedback on.
I think close to 20% markup is a bit steep for a site like this. And this does not include the fee to list your ad. Would like to see that percent come down in the future.
