Communication with Mr. Carter and his driver seemed weak. I had to verbally give the pickup & ship-to addresses and phone numbers three different times, which means three chances for getting something wrong. The driver stepped up to the plate, coordinated the pickup schedule and even brought some extra parts that he gave up his bed for. What a guy... he deserves a raise for his hustle. Well done.
