I discovered USHIP on the internet while looking for a way to save money on transport. Plugged in, submitted my parameters and waited to see the results. Within minutes bids started coming in ranging from over $700.00 to close to $500.00. Had one bid for $335.00 [below my max] from a nice fellow for "open" transport, which I was planning to accept, when another one offering covered transport for just $15.00 more arrived. $350.00 was my max, so I opted for the higher level of protection and accepted the bid. Once I accepted, contact info arrived on my computer and I passed on some details to the service provider's rep. Then the carrier contacted me and discussed the details of the pick-up and delivery. The bike arrived on time and in perfect condition, having been well secured and cared for. The driver and his wife were very personable and also demonstrated that they take their work seriously.
