Overall a good experience, a gal called me shortly after I placed my ad and was very helpful. They offered to help my if I had any problems, which I did not. My only beef with them was that I got red flagged for putting my phone number in the ad which I am used to from ebay to help with communication. I was nearly black-balled before I completed the transaction. I did relay this complaint to the nice gal who called and she was going to look into it.
I suspect one of the companies considering bidding on my shipment may have red flagged me, so it helped with my decision. I chose the company with the lowest price and had a very good experience with them.
My intent was always to go through uship, as the 10% fee they charge was worth it to have some insurance that I would get help if I had problems with my delivery.
Overall I had a good experience and would recommend using uship to anyone looking to get items shipped. I would only advise that they lighten up on the red flags, seems a little harsh, but other than that I was fine with everything about uship.
