I accepted a bid, he was supposed to pick up item by noon on the 7th he failed to show then did e mail saying his truck broke down, would be nice if these guys had to pay for the inconvenience they cause, I would suggest that shippers not use anyone that has cancellations on their feedback, I chose not to bad mouth the guy that weaseled out on me, I just said I would accept his claim of truck breakage,
Would be nice if we could talk with bidder before accepting their bid, I know after talking with the guy that hauled my trailer, I could just tell that he was a very sincere person. It's people like him that make uShip better.
One thing we must remember, don't procrastinate on accepting a bid as bidder probably has another load he must deliver or pick up so don't keep him waiting, accept or decline ASAP.
