I like the website.
I purchased a large boat in Indiana and had to have it moved to Houston. I got lots of responses but only a couple I felt were from true professionals.
One suggestion, since you don't allow exchanging phone numbers until after selection and email is the only way to 'interview' you need to add some sort of instant messanger. Emailing back and forth is cumbersome, if I could schedule a time when we could 'chat' electronically it would make the whole process easier for me.
