An absolute breeze to deal with, Tom made my life as easy as he could by ensuring that everything was done to my satisfaction. Being a first time user of Uship, I was a bit skeptical of the service providers.
I booked with Tom and received a phone call minutes later. We communicated with great ease for the week prior to pickup. (Having a shipper that is "text message savvy" made my busy life very easy). Calls were returned within a timely manner and always made me laugh...Tom and I have a similar sense of humor which was a great touch, especially when booking a $1300+ trip with someone you've never met.
When I made the trip to Montana to meet my vehicle for the first time, I knew that it had been in good hands after meeting Tom and his wife Sherry. Their trip was 1000+ mile plus from San Diego and I had been in touch with them the whole way. This gave me great confidence.
I could go on and on, but this page only allows me so much space! The reality is, the next time I need shipping, Tom is my guy.
