I was giving a pure breed Chihuahua pup as a wedding gift. Since I was unable to take it to Texas myself, I needed to get her their with out using a plane, since it was to hot outside. I placed the ad on UShip, and received a bid. I accepted the bid, but that turned out to be a huge headache. RockNArtTow, was suppose to pick up the dog a week later, cancelled due to a weight problem. Then told me I had to REFAX my credit card information, then said they lost that info and I had to give it to her on the phone. Then the next week called the day was suppose to pick up the dog and cancelled, and a week later cancelled AGAIN. Finally we cancelled the bid. That is when Steve placed an affordable bid, proving the exact date of pick up and delivery. I went with his bid. Not only did he pick up the dog on time, but he delivered her earlier than expected. He kept both me and the reciever well informed as to how the dog was doing by calling us a few hours. He was great. He gave her bathroom breaks, fresh water, and made sure she was eating. Next time I need to ship anything I will use this service and hope that he will bid.
