I am a bit computer challenged. I found the uShip program was easy for me to navigate, and if I got a bit confused, there was always an answer to my confusion. The response time from when I entered the process until I had enough bids to confidently choose a service provider was phenominal. The quote was less expensive than I estimated it would cost me to travel up and bring it back myself, not to mention the wear and tear on my truck and nerves, since I am a novice trailer hauler at best. The number of construction zones to navigate through and three mountain ranges were very intimidating. Messages, calls and texts kept me appraised of all activities going on and questions were asked and answered very quickly. The hauler was very professional and easy to work with. His driver, who kept in touch all along the travel route excelled in getting a 60 year old vintage travel trailer, with their usual "issues" from just south of the Maine border to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. I think in this day and age the most unique aspect of this delivery was that the hauler made a very fair bid, along with telling me when to expect the trailer to be picked up and when to expect it to arrive at my home 1650 miles away, and he was top dead center meeting that schedule!!! I have rated the hauler at 100% positive in every aspect of the service he provided. I will definitely be praising my experience with uShip and the Hauler I chose to the 600 members of my Vintage Travel Trailer Forum on the net. I believe I have found my shipment arranger of choice in uShip for future Vintage Trailer hauling as well as other areas of shipping. I rate my experience with uShip a big 110% positive. No that was not a misprint...110%.
