I had a very bad experiance with a puppy ground shipped last year, that almost cost me the life of a puppy i shipped, Ive always felt ground shipping was better then air for young dogs, but after that exp i was reluctant, always nervous and worried , doug has changed that, he was understanding to my fears and dealt with my constant calling and checkin on pup with the upmost kindness, he even cracked a joke or two to help me relax, I advise anyone to use his service, you can not find a better puppy shipper. his rate was very fair, his care for animal and animals owner was perfect, he went well above the call of duty when it came to puppies care, taking time to play with them and love on them, and meet their personal needs, he is hands down the best i have seen
