My two kittens did arrive a little off schedule, I was told a few different dates on different occassions. However, they arrived healthy and happy and I believe that the driver took good care of them. He even stopped along the way to buy more food for them, even asking me what type of brand they prefer so he could pick that one out. Overall I would ask for their assistance again in a shipment as needed.
