Was attending the classic mini show at Davidstowe in Cornwall. Driving away from Boscastle harbour I smashed first gear in my classic mini. Was covered by Greenflag rescue who took me to Bude recovery.
The garage at Bude Cornwall was too busy to check out my mini so I arranged Bristolautotransfers to collect and return mini to Bristol. Jim and his services did a great job returning mini safe and sound to my garage. Just a case now of rebuilding a better and stronger gearbox to scream up those hills and around those tight bends.
