Especially when they have people like Nick Tuttle representing them. I can't say enough about how my problem was taken care of when I accepted Nick's bid. I couldn't have been happier. It was frustrating going back and forth emailing questions that you need answered prior to accepting the bid. If you have any doubts the way I did because it's your first time shipping or first time shipping like this get rid of them. Nick was great with everything. He was very thorough with his inspection of the bike with me over the phone and that's just the way I received it. Although price for me wasn't as big a concern as the confidence in having the right guy come all the way across the country with a prized possession he was much more reasonable than any other shipping company. Once I accepted the bid we started the phone dialogue. He picked up my motorcycle in Las Vegas and brought it all the way to Southwest Florida, 2500 miles later. He picked it up on a Thursday morning and arrived on a Monday afternoon. I only talked with him once during the trip because I followed him on the tracking the U-ship website provides. I was confident! I even encouraged him if he needed more time and was able to pick up something else enroute to go ahead and do it. I knew I made the right decision and wouldn't have to worry about a thing from the time he picked up the item until he delivered it. I even tried to help him by placing an ad in craigslist to see if I could get anyone interested in shipping anything while he was making his trip back to California.
