We needed help driving our rescue pups up from Florida to Virginia on a one day trip and found Joe on uShip. We are a VA rescue but we have recently been doing a lot of rescue in Miami. We had nothing for the dogs to be transported in, which made it a challenge. Joe bought the crates, put them together, and even went back to the store to get a larger crate for the one dog. He picked them up the night before departure, and let them spend the night with him in a dog-friendly hotel so they could get an early start on the road with him the next day. He stayed in touch with me each step of the journey. He called when they were collected, called when they were at the hotel, let me know once they were about at the half way point, and gave me an hour's notice before arrival. He was right on time, and the dogs arrived happy, fed and watered, and they got potty breaks every two hours. We couldn't have asked for better personalized care for them.
