I was thoroughly please with communication, promptness, and the cost. Jim, was totally friendly and upfront at the pickup and drop off points. I did not personally meet Jim, but my friend the seller and my brother, at the drop off point, both expressed how impressed they were with the punctuality and friendliness of Jim.
