My husbands' niece was giving us living room chairs she had from her grandmother. They had huge sentimental value for my husband and we were glad to take them. However, they were in SoCAL and we're currently in OH. Uship and Toni from 1Xtracare were great - the chairs arrived with out a scratch on them! I would definitel do this again, with Toni!
