Do not actually know the cause but, two of your shippers did not notice that the shipment involved a sidecar. This caused two inadvertent low estimate bids which then had to be retracted. This was a waste of my time and theirs. Perhaps instead of a check box an actual word description eg. Motorcycle with sidecar or three wheeler single wheel forward. would catch the eye and be more informative. One guy was so busy covering for his oversight that he got very defensive and more than a little hostile.
I would use uship again as all the other contacts were business like and respectful.
