I had my scooter stored, Jay picked it up from that location. We spoke and he gave me an approximate date and time of arrival.
He called me to tell me he was on is way.
The approximate was the "real" date. Bike arrive as promised no damage.
I chose Jay based on feed back others left, I would recommend him and use his servies in the future
