My first boat: 1983 29' Chris Craft Catalina 291 with fly bridge, pushing total height over 13.5 feet. Found in Wyandotte, MI in far southeast corner of state - needed to move to Muskegon, mid western side. Didn't think it prudent to boat it around. Found U-Ship through Boats.com and gave it a shot. Found it fairly easy to use and had useful comments and bids quickly. Picked Smoke689 based on his ability to move taller loads (he had moved a large boat to the Wyandotte area the week before). Price didn't hurt. Had a lower bid early on, but couldn't get back in touch with shipper. Other bids were 100 to $500 higher. I also missed two different suggested ship dates, but Smoke hung in there, worked with me and got the job done. Boat arrived without a scratch.
If the opportunity arrives, I will use UShip again.
