I have never used a transportation company before. The process was easier and booking was faster than I expected. I was very uneasy about someone taking my bike. I had all kinds of requests from the company I used, some he's probably never been asked before. They were very accomadating. overall it was a good experience and I know I will be using USHIP and the company I contracted with again.
