First time using such a service. I used the "Book it Now" bid price to secure a shipper. I did receive other quotes for shipping almost immediately-only two however. The cost and time frame for delivery were the reasons why I chose this particular shipper. He could pick up within a few days and deliver within a week. Plus, the price was much more reasonable than the other shippers. Overall it was a good experience and I had no problems with the process.
