My experience with Encore was very positive in moving an upright piano from So. Cal to No. Cal. This is my first time at the uShip site and was a bit nervous about the whole process. However, fear no more! My piano was picked up and arrived in time and in great condition. Also, they had the best bid but not short changed in anyway. I would definitely use them again.
