We felt that the shipment was handled at a personal level, by the u-ship communications as well as the driver communications. We had to trust that it was loaded correctly, as we were not at the loading site. The provider kept us abreast of the ETA and we appreciated the calls. Upon arrival, there were some small issues in unloading, but the driver was very good about handling the situation. Thanks to the provider and thanks to u-ship too.
