I was not able to be at the delivery site and the company had to communicate with me and my neighbor who was going to accept the unit. This was well choreographed. Although the company forgot to call me when the tractor was loaded, I called and found that it was loaded and on its way. The driver was accurate and able and this company supplied what was promised at a very reasonable price. I would most definitely use this company again if needed.
Driver and office staff were courteous and answered their phones each time I called. Great job all around.
