within 15-20 min. of accepting the bid for freight on my parts, I was notified so we could get things going. about 2 hours later i received a call from the shipping dealer letting me know that the truck was there waiting to pick up the parts. i was not expecting the response to be that quick. I'm very satisfied with the time it took to get the parts here. I would consider uShip again.
