If we ever ship anything again, will only use shippers with several feedback. Was a bit disappointing off the start, when we going to accept a bid from a new member. Then were contacted by uship that the member was suspended from the uship site. Then accepted a bid from a different new member, but were contacted by uship before they were to pick up our shipment, that they too were suspended from the site. We got a refund through uship and cancelled the pick up. Everything went well once we accepted a bid from a shipper with lots of positive feedback. Our advice would be to go with an experienced shipper to avoid any problems.
