I put out a bid for delivery of a Bobcat tractor that I purchased from Ebay. The Bobcat was in Nebraska and I live in Maryland. Christine with Friend's Express was the first to respond to the bid. Several other bids followed, but the reason I went with Christine was her fast response time. Slow responders usually is an indicator that they do not have someone taking care of communications. If they can not respond rapidly to a Bid or a question then I don't know if they will respond rapidly to the delivery itself. Although there were some negative feedback about Christine's company I felt comfortable giving Christine a try. Emails were prompt, scheduling was prompt, I was not pressured to send money right away, everything was professional from the start til the end. The driver kept in contact via text messaging and arrived exactly when he said he would. Job well done by Christine and her company Friend's Express aka: easytrucking4u.
