Well, I had reservations about using a bid-style service, but I'd also heard horror stories with big companies. Working with James was about as good as it gets -- great communication, professionalism. If only other services worked this well (e.g, UPS, FEDEX in NY are a nightmare). Got my bike from rural northern MN to Brooklyn, NY just over a week after I posted the ad (I was more than happy to wait for 4-5 weeks). Price was very reasonable...I would most certainly use UShip again, particularly working with the same shipper (justcall2haul).
