Got bids withing a few minutes. Fast pickup. I was flexible on the dates, so no rush. I'd recommend better status updates in your system. Maybe hard to be as robust as UPS or USPS with real-time status, but a customer facing website with status, or auto email status would be great. Otherwise, nice service and Mike was nice on phone. I'd recommend S3 Logistics!
